San Diego is a big military community, so I’ve made some close friends and worked alongside numerous veterans. I feel comfortable generalizing them all as caring, disciplined, hard working, ethical, loving, and unbelievably brave. Working with VA homebuyers is probably my favorite experience in real estate because these families deserve so much in return for their service. Candidly speaking, when I see a serviceman or woman out in the community in their fatigues, it instantly reminds me of how grateful I am for those who sacrifice so much for the freedoms I typically take for granted... and I usually try to thank them for making that decision. If you haven’t done so already, take a moment today to acknowledge and thank a veteran you know and love.
